Ha ha ha good thing nobody was filming my first round of snatches would have been a candidate for CrossFit fails. Failed 4 or 5! The rest were not pretty. By the second round they were fine (but I forgot that there were 7 so I went back and did that one) all singles

Tempo front squats 2×3 @ 85-95-105; 85-95-110; 85-95-115#
C2B felt better today! Stringing more consistently, until they fell apart.
Strung some snatches in the first round, then all singles. No repped myself once for a power snatch I couldn’t control to the bottom in the last round…
