Box jumps mostly rebounding
Ttb: 10/10/5/5/5/5
C2b: all over the place, some butterfly, some kipping, some big sets (8-9) some small sets (2)
burpees: not much to say about those.
Cleans: fast singles
Jerks: 9/6/5
Snatches: singles (got easier as I went on, first one felt hard!!!)
Muscle ups: all singles. Failed two at the end trying to string.

13 fewer reps than 9/16, but did TTB and C2B Rx (instead of K2C and pull-ups). And did 100# (vs 75# and hang cleans). Psyched for this improvement!! Next time I want a shot at the snatches!
