 Box Brief
We’ll be throwing down on Open workout 17.1 today during all classes. Please arrive early to class to warm-up. We will be limited in time as we will be going in two separate heats. Also, instead of our usual 5:30pm class tonight, we’ll be having our first “Friday Night Lights” beginning at 5:30pm.
