The goal in today’s workout is to push a full round and make it back to the rower!
Find a modification on the toes to bar that you can complete 10 unbroken repetitions.
The weight on the barbell should be a light load that you could complete 30 repetitions with when fresh.
On the handstand push-ups, various modifications will be briefed in class.
