Oh baby. The workout you’ve not been waiting for. Today we’re getting after those legs and building some strength as well as capacity. This workout is going to be way more mental than physical. Yes your legs are doing the squatting, but your mind will quit before your legs do – dig deep and hang in there! Remember, you’re strong, you’re fit, and you CAN do incredible things – keep these things in mind when strapping in for the sets of 20+30, you’ll need some solid positive self talk to get through those sets.
