Workout Guidance:
This is an event from the online portion of the 2020 CrossFit Games. This one is a beefed up version of Nancy and features a slightly longer run, a heavy bar for OHS, and some bar facing burpees. This will definitely be a longer workout. The barbell should be challenging, but not soul crushing for OHS, and we should be able to finish 15 reps in 2 sets or better with the load we choose. The run and bar facing burpees should be nice and smooth, but if doing 15 burpees in a minute is too much for today, we can bring that down to 10 to keep ourselves moving
