Workout Guidance:
A fun partner grunt work piece for today – make sure you have your chalk with you! You’re going to trade rounds with a buddy of KB deadlifts and a farmers carry. You’ll EACH do 8 rounds, so 16 total. The KB loading should be heavy and allow for the deadlifts to be done unbroken, but not easily.
