Workout Guidance
This workout is a “fun” twist on a classic benchmark called “Cindy”. This one, we’re upping the ante and going with more complex versions of these movements to add some extra spice. Choose a front squat load that will allow for mosly unbroken sets. The pull up option should be something unbroken, and the dips should be done in 1-3 sets each round. This one will require a bit of pacing to deal with the extra challenge, so don’t expect to be matching your Cindy score today.
