Workout Guidance:
A fun interval piece today that will be sure to get your quads feeling some type of way. Lighter DB front squats and a short run should spell out a full on sprint each round. It’ll be tough to get each round done under 2:00, so we’re going to have to push the pace. Choose a DB load that will allow unbroken sets and push the pace.
