Today we have a workout that is in a Fight Gone Bad style – 1:00 for max reps at each station. The catch here, there’s no rest at the end of each round. Your goal today? Move at a sustainable pace the entire time and keep rep counts relatively consistent throughout the workout. Choose a load on the DB that will allow for both smooth and steady snatch as well as on the step ups.
