Workout Guidance
A TILT classic – alternating EMOM of rowing and burpees. Choose a number of cals + reps that will allow you to finish your work in :45 or so relatively comfortably the first couple rounds. This one is all about pacing. If we’ve done this properly, the first few rounds feel good, the middle chunk starts to get real, and the last few rounds will make you question your life choices that have led you to this moment.
