Workout Guidance
Today we’re getting after the CrossFit Games version of a classic CrossFit benchmark. This one switches things up a little bit with a DB snatch in place of the KB and bar muscle ups in place of the pull ups. Our goal today is still to go fast, so we’ll need to choose our options wisely! The run should be completed in roughly 2:00 or less each round, and the DB snatches should be something you could do for unbroken sets. For the bar muscle up, don’t be afraid to adjust the reps and choose a challenging option – that’s how we get better!
