Workout Guidance
Today we’ve got a fun running interval workout that will focus on shorter distances with a close to 1:1 work to rest ratio. This means we should be shooting to push the pace as much as we can. If we see a bit of a fall off in terms of splits, not the worst thing, but today is a great day to see where that threshold is and try to push through it!
