Workout Guidance
Today we have an amazing back squat day, some heavy triples followed by some wall ball capacity work. Lot’s of time below parallel, so make sure we’re staying braced and locked in for both the heavy reps and max sets. For the wall balls, choose a load that will allow the first set to be 30+ reps, and then try and repeat after 3:00 rest. You can always do one more wall ball……
