Workout Guidance
A fun aerobic piece that is all about pacing. We’re looking for consistent splits here and consistent paces on both the runs and the bike. The bike time should be roughly double the run – and keep that steady the whole time. If you’re feeling good, push and see what paces you can hold. If today is a recovery day, choose a cruising pace that is consistent and allows you to just move and get some blood flow.
