Workout Guidance
Short, simple, and oh so devastating. A little bit of movement redundancy here to make you question some life choices. Wall balls should be at a load that allows 2 sets or better each round – repeating sets of 15+. Box jumps should be on a box height that allows you to move quickly and smoothly. The transitions here should be non existent – wall ball to box jump back and forth quickly and smoothly is the name of the game today.
