Workout Guidance
A fun multi part workout featuring some barbell and gymnastics at a relatively light load. This one should be smooth the entire way through. Choose a loading that will allow the first round, if not all rounds, to be done unbroken for all three barbell movements. Gymnastics should be completed in 2-3 sets for each movement and the box jumps should be smooth and steady.
