Workout Guidance
A classic CrossFit couplet, we’re going descending rep deadlifts paired with a short distance run. This one should be intensity city. Choose a deadlift weight that you could complete each set in 2 sets or better – move that bar quickly! Then get out on that run and see what your little leggies can do! This is the big intensity piece for this week, so get after it and find a bit of discomfort! Even if you don’t go looking for it, the ouchie will find you in the round of 15…..
