Today we have an awesome swole sesh featuring bench press and floor press, paired with a bit of rowing. The goal today is to build to some heavy single bench presses, and then hit a shorter AMRAP as some conditioning + accessory. Your goal here is to row at a solid pace, but not maximal, and then shoot for unbroken floor presses. Move nice and steady through this one, and you’ll be sure to develop some pressing capacity.
