Workout Guidance
A classic CrossFit benchmark today featuring some bodyweight movements at relatively high volume. This one is meant to be done straight through rather than partitioned like “Murph”. Have a strategy of how you’re going to break this one up and stick to the game plan. Another longer one, so dig in and get to work.
