Kicking off this week with a barbell back in our hands. A two part adventure today sees us deadlifting for heavy 3s and then hitting a short AMRAP with some moderate load and high skill. The deadlift loading should be relatively challenging, but something that you can do 7 unbroken with every time. Your goal today should be to move back and forth between movements relatively quickly.
