Workout Guidance
Again, another workout that can be two flavors. If we want to push, get after this one and see how quickly you can finish each set. If we want to recover a bit, bring the reps down to 10/10 for each movement and just cruise. Either way, 15:00 of getting out of breath to gear up for next week.
