Workout Guidance
Some running pacing work today. If we’re feeling good, we’re looking for the max sustainable pace and some good consistency here. If we’re feeling a bit beat up, we can just cruise through these and use today as some active recovery. Regardless, try to keep your splits roughly the same for each round.
