A fun twist on “Isabel” this workout is 30 snatches for time, but at ascending load. Your goal here is to chip away with small sets and singles, and end with a barbell that’s heavier than you started with. It will be challenging catching in a squat every time, so make sure you choose your loadings and rep strategy accordingly!
