Workout Guidance
A fun gymnastics challenge featuring a movement we haven’t done for a while – pistols. This is a tricky movement, so expect to spend some time working on these today. The rope climbs should be smooth and the jump rope should be something manageable. This is definitely a workout where a steady pace and attention to detail will pay dividends on the other side.
