60 Double-Unders, 30 Abmat Sit-Ups, 200 Meter Run
40 Double-Unders, 20 Abmat Sit-Ups, 200 Meter Run
20 Double-Unders, 10 Abmat Sit-Ups, 200 Meter Run

A line can be drawn the integration of the pelvis and the spine. This is referred to as our midline. Greg Glassman says that, “A lack of movement around that line while engaged in function movements is core strength.” High rep sit-ups, like in today’s WOD, as well as other functional movements like the deadlift and overhead squat, will work to both challenge and improve our core strength.

Tomorrow, Friday, June 9th at 5:30pm we will be having our Friday Night Throwdown!
Instead of our usual 5:30pm class on Friday, come out for a surprise team workout and then stick around after for food and drinks!! Potluck style!
