Workout Guidance
A fun little DB twist on DT for today, this one will get grippy. A pair of DB’s is all you need to have some fun for 10:00. The burpees should be nice and smooth, and our goal today is to move through this similar to how we would for barbell DT – do 11 deadlifts, 1 deadlift + 8 hang power cleans, 1 hang power clean + 6 push jerks. This should keep us moving smooth throughout the workout.
