Workout Guidance
A fun descending ladder workout to wrap up the last week of training before Murph. Some longer rows paired with higher rep sets of burpees. The goal here – nice and steady pace throughout. This one should feel very aerobic and will be a longer sweaty one to hopefully work out any soreness from this week!
