Workout Guidance
Simple, not easy. Today’s workout is a nice push/pull combo featuring a short distance row and some deficit push ups. You can either use plates or DBs to create the deficit, but we’re still looking for chest to deck, as always. Push the pace on the row, and try to get your push ups done in 2-3 sets each round.
