Some overhead work today, getting after a complex overhead lift – the split jerk. Make sure to focus on your footwork and land in a solid split so that you’re stable with a bar overhead. For the conditioning piece, we’re looking for a challenging pulling option, and a light to moderate loaded barbell for the push jerks. Your pace here should be slightly reckless, and make you question the life choices you’ve made to be in this position….
