Today we have a workout that will challenge you mentally as much as it will physically. The goal here is simple – unbroken wall balls. But that’s easier said than done. After the run your legs and hear rate will be very elevated, so can you manage fatigue well enough to hold on? If not, a fun little bike penalty will be waiting for you when the ball hits the floor….
