Today we have a classic CrossFit couplet that is bound to get grippy. Rounds of 30 on the DB and the pull up bar will make this one a challenge on the forearms, so break things up early and often. The DB load should fall in the moderate range and allow for unbroken sets of 20+ while fresh, and ideally no more than 3 sets during the workout today. Breaking up the toes to bar in to smaller but quicker sets may be the best way to go about it today, but our workout option should be one that we could perform 10 unbroken reps while fresh.
