Workout Guidance:
Another two part adventure, this time spending some quality time below parallel. The pause front squats will feature a :03 pause in the bottom – this will reinforce positional strength and midline stabliity. For our workout, we’re going back and forth on some sets of moderate load thrusters and L sit work. Choose a load here that will be a challenging but unbroken set of 10, and an L sit variation that will be unbroken each set as well.
