Fun Thursday parter workout today!! One parter will do a full round, while the other is resting. Go through this sequence for 20 minutes. Our goal should be tp complete a round under one minute throughout the 20 minutes with out a major drop off. We should choose a weight we can complete the deadlifts and power cleans unbroken, even when fatigued.
